Who are you?

We are Cardboard Standups.com owned by tywalten, located in Illinois. Our Web Sites have been serving the Online Community Since 1995. Our Secure Server makes sure your credit card info is sent as Securely as possible. We also take orders by fax, mail and even have a Toll Free Number for your convenience.

What are your hours?

We are normally available between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time by phone. Our Secure Server of course never takes time off and is available 24/7 and 365 days a year.

What payment methods do you take?

We take Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover on our website by phone or faxed in. We also take Paypal on our website and payments can also be mailed to us. Please note that if you pay by check your order will be held for 14 days to ensure it clears our bank.

Do you accept returns?

As long as you receive prior return authorization from us (and an RA#) and ship your item(s) back to us at the address we provide, we will refund the total cost of the purchased item(s) with no restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. IF UPS/FEDEX ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER AND YOU SIMPLY REJECT SHIPMENT, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. We cannot stress this enough - in order to receive ANY refund, you must first accept the shipment, and then UPS or FedEx the item(s) to us at the address we provide when we issue the return authorization.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

If the Standup is shipping to Illinois State tax of 8% must be added to both the cost of the Standup and the shipping.

Please note that we are not able to ship to these states without the Sales Tax being paid.

Where do you ship?

Our shipping rates is to the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii are $25.00 additional. We can ship most standups to Canada or elsewhere but be aware that the shipping can run over $150.00 to some countries

My Merchandise arrive damaged what can I do?

First thing under NO CIRCUMSTANCES return anything without prior authorization.

If you send something back without our authorization, NO REFUND will be given.

We cannot make any exceptions to this.

If you have damaged merchandise you must send us the tracking number on the package and a description of the damage. We will file a claim for you. Please note that we have no responsibility on damages, it is up to the shipping company to make restitution. If the item is still available we will try and have a replacement sent out before we have been reimbursed from the shipper if it is not we will issue a refund only after the shipper has refunded us. You must save both the shipping box and the damaged item for inspection for at least 10 business days.

We have not received our order

Normal delivery time is between 7-14 business days from the time your payment is processed. During bad weather, Christmas shipping rush and acts beyond our control can increase this time.

If you have not received your merchandise in this time frame please contact us for information. We will track the items for you and let you know the status. Please understand that this can take a little time. If for some reason the item has not shipped we will have it expedited if in stock. If it is temporarily out of stock we will give you a ETA and you can then let us know if you wish to wait, take a substitute or cancel the order. If we find that this has been delivered we will give you the tracking number and information. Please understand that once the item has been shipped all claims must be made with the carrier. We will do everything we can to get a replacement sent before your claim is settled but sometimes we must wait for the Carrier to settle the claim first.

Is our information safe?

We do not want our information sold or used without our permission and will never let yours be sold or used by anyone except us in the course of serving you. You can be assured that any names, phone numbers, addresses or credit card info will never be given, sold or loaned out.

I couldn't find the celebrity I am looking for, can you help me find it?

Only those celebrities/characters that have granted licensing rights can have their image put on a standup. Also, the same licensing rights apply to custom standups - so even if you want us to make a standup of your favorite celebrity just for you - we are not allowed to do it.

Everything we carry is listed on our site. So, if you are looking for a particular standup and you can't seem to find it anywhere, it's due to a licensing issue and we will be unable to help you locate what you are looking for...sorry!

What is Foamcore?

Foamcore is a premium material that is more durable than cardboard which allows us to display the image on a smooth surface with vibrant colors and a bright finish.   Foamcore is only available on select standups.

CARDBOARD STANDUPS ARE MADE OF HEAVY CARDBOARD WITH A PHOTO QUALITY PICTURE. AN EASEL IS ATTACHED SO THE CUTOUT WILL BE FREE STANDING. MOST CARDBOARD STANDUPS ARE "LIFESIZE" BETWEEN 5 & 6 FEET TALL.
